School/ Training

Why I chose Colorado Mesa University:

  • Small Class Sizes
  • Up-to-date technologically
  • Good Nursing program
  • Beautiful Location
  • Tuition/Fees are less costly than other universities
  • TONS of clubs/extracurricular activities
  • Opportunity for a full- tuition scholarship through the work-study Ambassador program

Colorado Mesa has a rolling application process, which means there are no deadlines for applying. Instead, each program has it’s own application process. I have applied to and been accepted to Colorado Mesa University with a BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) major. Just recently, I have also applied for a full-tuition scholarship and I am anxiously waiting to hear back about that.

Application Requirements:

  • Completed application
  • Official high school transcripts
  • SAT or ACT scores
  • $30 application fee
  • letter of recommendation (optional)
  • personal essay (optional)

I have reserved a spot for an “Experience Mesa” day in March to tour the campus and learn more about Grand Junction and the University.
